Upper: Cedarwood oil. Eucalyptus oil. Peppermint oil. Lemon oil. All ingredients Organic.

Downer: Orange Sweet, Patchouli, Cedarwood, Atlas, Juniper berry, Lavender, Bulgaria, Cinnamon Bark.

How to use your ceramic aromatherapy oil burner: 

• Fill up the bowl on top of the oil burner with water and simply add a few drops of your Upper or Downer essential oil to the water.
• Place and light a tea light candle inside the burner. This will cause the water and oil to vaporise/evaporate which will allow the aromas to fill the room. 
• To clean your water dish, simply wash in warm soapy water. 
• Please remember to never leave a burning candle unattended and keep out of reach from children and pets. .
